Profile Type Description 
Owner
An owner is a natural person or corporate entity who owns 100% shares in the Establishment's capital and profits.
Manager A manager is a natural person, authorised by the Company's partners or the Establishment's owner to administer and manage the operations of the business.
Local Agent A local agent is a UAE national who represents the Establishment on behalf of the government authorities. Local agent does not have ownership in the Establishment.
Representative  A representative is a natural person who is authorised by the Company's partners to sign documents (such as legal contracts and financial documents) on their behalf, as well as represent the Company for any legal proceedings on the partners behalf.
Partner A partner is a natural person or corporate entity who owns a share in the Company’s capital and profits.
