The overall objective of this initiative is to increase SME participation and share in Abu Dhabi’s government procurement opportunities.
The outcomes are three-fold:
- Develop conducive policies to empower SMEs through procurement opportunities & monitor impact.
- Streamline the end-to-end procurement journey for all SMEs across Abu Dhabi.
- Establish a robust ecosystem to support SMEs procurement through enablement, awareness, etc.
The initiative is being co-delivered with Government Procurement Office (GPO) in the Department of Governmental Support (DGS).
