The Abu Dhabi Golden Visa for Innovators & Inventors is for those who want to bring innovation and novel ideas to Abu Dhabi and the world. This visa also covers spouses, children and parents.

Requirements

To apply for the Innovators & Inventors category, you will need to provide:

• Holds a Patent Certificate which adds value to the State’s economy.

• Recommendation from the Ministry of Economy or Competitiveness Office Abu Dhabi. (Applicants can either make a submission with a recommendation from the Ministry of Economy or apply for COAD’s endorsement by completing the TAKAMUL process after which COAD will notify Abu Dhabi Residents Office of an applicant’s eligibility).
